History meets luxury here in this 1935 home that has been updated with modern designs and finishes. The location provides a great home base for all of your activities on the island and a place to kick off your night on the town. The downstairs master suite features a King-sized bed and a chic, newly remodeled master bathroom with brushed-nickel light fixtures and a large walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead. Inside the upstairs bedroom you will find another King-sized bed, large windows for letting the morning sunlight in and a gorgeous en-suite bathroom with glass shower doors and pebbled floors. Along with the spacious king suites, you can find a queen-size murphy-bed easily accessible in the living room for an additional two guests joining in on your trip. The spacious, colorful common area offers a plush, 3-seat tanned leather sofa, a unique dining table for six and french doors leading to the private balcony overlooking Duval Street. On your way up to the second bedroom, there is a powder room equipped with a stackable washer/dryer. The custom-built, gourmet kitchen features stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to check-in to enter the unit.
