The space The modern open space studio is located on the 3rd floor in a new building. The apartment has air conditioning. The apartment has a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, where it will certainly be nice to watch your favorite movie on TV or indulge in your favorite reading. Next to it there is a table for 4 people with modern chairs. The living room also has an exit to a large terrace. The living room and kitchen form an open space. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary equipment and accessories to prepare a delicious meal for yourself and your loved ones. The bedroom is a separate part of the living room with a large double bed. The beautiful bathroom has a large shower and basic toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. In addition, for your convenience, a large wardrobe with sliding doors has been placed in the corridor. Guest access The studio is located on the 3rd floor, in a building with an elevator. I do not provide a space in the underground garage. The price includes a set of bed linen and towels for each Guest. There is also Wi-Fi Internet access. The studio is exclusively at your disposal.
