It was dismantled, moved and re-erected in its current location during the 1960’s and used for many years as a builders' workshop. Recently renovated, this lovely one bedroom, open plan style home is approx 700 sqft. Simply decorated and stylishly furnished. Fully equipped Kitchen, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedroom: superking bed or twin beds. Smart TV, WiFi, Bathroom: bath with shower overhead. The space Solid oak floors, air sourced heating, air conditioning and traditional log burner (logs provided). The workshop has off street parking for a car. A completely private landscaped rear garden, with several outside seating areas accessed via French doors from the Living area and Bedroom. One well behaved dog (not puppy) allowed and must not be left unattended. 5 mins walking distance from Fakenham town centre and local supermarket and shops. 15-20 mins drive to Wells-next-the-sea and Holkham beaches, Burnham Market, Sandringham, Brancaster.
