Apartment with terrace (vacation in the natural garden)

The house with two accommodation units is located in a species-rich natural garden at the eastern end of the Oberbergischer Kreis on the edge of the Sauerland. You live at ground level with access via a covered terrace and can park directly in front of the flat in the courtyard free of charge. Garden furniture and barbecue are at your disposal. The space The apartment has 57 square meters (plus 20 square meters of covered terrace) with sleeping space for 2-3 people and is comfortably furnished. The direct view of the garden invites you to observe plants and animals and to relax. The bedroom has a large, comfortable double bed (crib can be added). There is the option of adding a guest bed in the living room for a third person. The living room with couch, wicker armchairs and desk has a 40' satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped (incl. dishwasher and freezer/fridge). In the bathroom you will find a shower, bathtub, hairdryer and a large mirror and in the utility room you will also find a washing machine and dryer. As a special feature, we have a large covered terrace with dining table, bench, chairs, sun loungers and barbecue of around 7.00 m 3.50 m for your exclusive use directly in front of the vacation apartment. Bicycles or 2 motorcycles can also be parked here. The above-mentioned roof keeps the apartment pleasantly cool in summer, so that no air conditioning is necessary.
