Poseidon apartment has three spacious bedrooms, a beautiful living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and reliable Wi-Fi! In the building we have set an equipped gym and a laundry room for our guests. You will find three spacious bedrooms with super comfortable beds all with eco mattresses; a master bedroom with one queen-size bed and private bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with two single beds that turn into one double bed when they connect and a bedroom with a queen size bed. Each bedroom has its own closet and Smart TV (Netflix ready). In the apartment you will also find safety boxes. In the living room you will find a big and comfortable sofa, that turns into a double bed when it opens, a fully equipped open plan kitchen with many amenities such as fridge and freezer, stove, toaster, espresso coffee maker etc. and two modern and nicely decorated bathrooms with shower cabins. The building as well as every apartment are fully renovated and offer modern comforts and design with great attention to details. You will love it if you are coming to Athens for a short or longer stay. The building is residential and it is quite and very close to the main avenue where you can get a taxi or use the public transport (tram, bus stops, metro are all within a quick walking distance). The door of the apartment is of high security and locks as well as the interior doors for better safety and privacy. In the building we have set an equipped gym (cardio and weight) and a laundry room (Washer & Dryer) for our guests. Enjoy with no extra cost!!! We love kids, therefor we have some toy kids ready for them. Syntagma Square is a mere 15 minutes walk! Guest access Guests will have full access of the apartment and its amenities, as well as the private balcony. On level -1 you will find a laundry room with washers and dryers, and a fully equipped gym, for the exclusive use of our guests. Other things to note CLIMATE RESILIENCE FEE As per Greek Law 5162/2024, an additional Climate Resilience Fee will be charged for short-term rentals. The fee is €2.00 per night during the winter season (November to March) and €8.00 per night during the summer season (April to October). One of the guests must present a valid Passport/ID document for the mandatory registration to the Tax Authority. The reasons we need this information about our guests is so we can declare our income.
