Everyone feels comfortable in our very quiet basement apartment. Whether peace and quiet or fun and action, both are possible in the apartment and in the village. Convenient to the A 1 highway and B 266 federal highway as well as to bus and train. The space Apartment 1 was completely renovated in 2022 and completely newly furnished. It has a very nice bedroom with 2 single beds (each 1.00 x 2.00 m), a 4-door wardrobe, bedside tables and a small rattan seating area. In the large, modern and nicely furnished living room there are 2 sofa beds with a sleeping area of 1.40 x 2.00 m each. The living room also has a sitting area, dining set for 4 people, flat-screen TV (81 cm) and a desk with office chair. In the apartment there is also a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer (AEG), ceramic stovetop and oven (Siemens), dishwasher (Siemens), microwave, toaster, blender, egg cooker, kettle, etc. as well as another dining set for 4 people. A toilet and shower are of course also available. The living room has a bay window with floor-to-ceiling windows with access to the large wind- and privacy-protected terrace. There is a lounge group (from spring 2023), two loungers, an umbrella and a grill. On request, a cot can be set up in the large bedroom. A high chair is available. In order to heat more efficiently and save energy, we equipped the apartment with underfloor heating in 2022 and completely switched the lighting to LED.
