In the basement there are three comfortable bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom and a separate toilet. The master bedroom is spacious and bright, equipped with a double bed. The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds. Thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, the water villa offers a total of sleeping space for up to 8 people. On the ground floor you will find the entrance hall, a laundry room, a guest toilet, a modern open kitchen and a cozy living room with dining area.
