The space This mansion, restored in 2020, is composed on the ground floor of two living rooms, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (piano with 5 gas hobs and 2 ovens - a dishwasher. Everything is on one level with the outdoor terrace on the pool side and the inner courtyard. Upstairs, we have 5 beautiful bedrooms with 5 private bathrooms. Three bedrooms have a walk-in shower and a private toilet. One bedroom has a bathtub and a private toilet. The 40 m² master bedroom consists of a bathtub, walk-in shower and separate toilet. We can arrange the rooms with a single bed of 90 x 200 cm or a double bed depending on the composition of the families. The house is easy to heat in winter thanks to the insulation of the windows, and stays cool in summer. Wifi accessible Guest access The house is private and has private parking. You have easy access to the house to drop off luggage and groceries. Monsempron-Libos and Agen train stations allow you to arrive by train. The nearest airport is Toulouse. (1.5 hours) Other things to note We offer one kit per person (bed sheets, bathroom towels, 1 pool towel/hand towel per person, and kitchen towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per room, 1 dishwashing product kit, 4 dishwasher tablets, sponges, coffee maker filled with coffee beans). In Tournon d'Agenais (4 km), you will have the choice of different restaurants, butcher, supermarket, bakery and in Montayral (15 km) you will find department stores such as Lidl, Intermarché, Leclerc... We will tell you the days of the farmers' markets located between 10 min and 30 min from the house. The cleaning fee is €250 for a one-week rental.
