The space This mansion, restored in 2020, is composed on the ground floor of two living rooms, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (piano with 5 gas hobs and 2 ovens - a dishwasher. Everything is on one level with the outdoor terrace on the pool side and the inner courtyard. Upstairs, we have 5 beautiful bedrooms with 5 private bathrooms. Three bedrooms have a walk-in shower and a private toilet. One bedroom has a bathtub and a private toilet. The 40 m² master bedroom consists of a bathtub, walk-in shower and separate toilet. We can arrange the rooms with a single bed of 90 x 200 cm or a double bed depending on the composition of the families. The house is easy to heat in winter thanks to the insulation of the windows, and stays cool in summer. Wifi accessible Guest access The house is secluded and has private parking. You have easy access to the house to drop off your luggage and groceries. Monsempron-Libos and Agen train station allows you to arrive by train. The nearest airport is Toulouse. (1.5 hours) Other things to note We offer one kit per person (sheets, towels, 1 pool towel fouta/person, and kitchen towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per room, 1 dishwasher kit, 4 dishwasher tablets, sponges, coffee maker filled with coffee beans) at €15/person for the week, payable on site upon arrival.
