In our garden, there is a traditional Japanese architectural storehouse (a building for safely storing household goods, merchandise, etc.). We renovated a warehouse into a residence. It is a building that very few people build today. Meals are not included. Cooking is not allowed. There is a sink, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and fridge. There is a washing machine (free) (no dryer) The bathroom is a shower room (no bathtub) This is a private rental for one group per day. It is completely separate from our house. Privacy is secured. There is nothing shared with other guests, such as showers or toilets. About 9 minutes on foot from JR Shingu Station. 1-minute walk to FamilyMart (24-hour store) There are also Japanese style pubs within walking distance where you can eat fresh sashimi, sushi, and Shingu's specialty, mehari sushi, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat. (The shops close earlier than in the city) We have 6 bicycles for rent. (free)　 Parking for up to 2 cars is available in front of the gate (free of charge on the premises). Shingu is located in the middle of Kumano City, Nachikatsuura Town, and Hongu, so you can use this as a base to tour the World Heritage Sites. The space The front door is heavy, so it's hard to open unless you put your weight on it. The lock is also a padlock. It is different from the latest comfortable accommodation. We recommend staying for those who can enjoy it. Please feel free to use the entire building as it is a private rental. There is no curfew. Of course, you can lock it from the outside or the inside, so you can rest assured that it is secure. Guest access Please ring the chime when you arrive. I'll show you around. If I'm away, it's self check-in. Check-out is at 10: 00 am. Please lock the door and leave at any time. Other things to note * The host can only speak Japanese. Conversation will be through a translation app. * Please be sure that the person making the reservation will be the person staying at the accommodation. * The capacity is 6 people. It may feel cramped if all 6 people are adults. * Children 6 years old and younger cannot stay. (To prevent accidents such as falling off the loft stairs or down the atrium) Please pay close attention to your child's behavior even if they are 6 years old or older. * The price is the same for children and adults. ※ The host next door has a dog in their house. It is on a leash, but please refrain from booking if you don't like dogs as it may come out into the yard. * WiFi may be unstable during strong winds or bad weather. * Because it is rural, there are insects, unlike in the city. Please be careful not to leave the entrance or windows open, as insects will enter. * Request for passport presentation, etc. The Japanese government requires that, in addition to * name, * address, * occupation, etc., * nationality and * passport number be listed, as well as the presentation and copy of the passport, when a "foreigner without an address in Japan" stays at a residence.
