The space Guests are allowed to use the lounge and laundry facilities. A smart TV with chromecast, Netflix and local cable tv is available. Wifi is available at the property. It is about 30 mins to Colombo CBD. Tuk tuk rides and hires to Colombo can be arranged at the property. Connection to the airport via expressway. Breakfast is included in the price. Additional meals can be arranged with the housekeeper for an agreed sum. Guest access Dear valuable patrons Due to extended power cuts prevailing in the country at present, we find it difficult to operate our standby 7.5 kW petrol generator for extended hours under our existing tariffs. So far, we have been able to provide standby generator supply for five hours per day (5 hours is the breakeven point). Also, our generator is not designed to run continuously for extended hours, without breaks. Therefore, please check with us on standby power supply availability before booking the bungalow. We shall endeavor to do the best for our valuable patrons. During your stay You will be greeted at the property by the property manager Ranjith Nanayakkara. Meals, tuk-tuk hires and general queries can be arranged with the property manager.
