House in the heart of the village near beaches

Welcome to our house, very cool in the summer and perfectly located : very calm street, 200 m from shops, 10-15 mn walk to the beaches. For your enjoying stay : nice living room, full equipped kitchen, 3 roomy bedrooms, good-standard bedding, covered patio, nice deck. You will enjoy the real life of our village with a pleasant center. The coastline, marshlands, forest and mouth are just near the village. 2 bikes, wifi, cleaning included. Linens&towels optional (10 eur/p) The space The house stays cool even in summer. 1st floor : a spacious living room with an open kitchen, a closed covered patio (20 m2) (bicycle storage and summer sofa) Upstairs: 2 spacious bedrooms, very sunny in the morning. And an additional living room (with comfortable rapido sofa bed) overlooking our terrace (12 m2) Beds: 1 bed 160x200, 2 bunk beds 90x190, 1 convertible 140x190, 1 convertible 120x190 with duvets and pillows. Towels and bed linen on demand (10 eur/p) The terrace is shade & sun (from March to September). You can enjoy a garden table, sun loungers, a hammock and a pleasant view, all very quiet. 2 bathrooms and separate toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped with all for cooking. Wifi included. 2 bicycles at your disposal (except in winter) Guest access Easy and free parking (25 m away, in the main street) Secure storage of bicycles under the patio. All services, supermarket and all points of interest (village, port, beaches, viewpoints, forests and marshes) are within walking distance. Other things to note Young children : no specific furniture. However the house is relatively safe : stairs not too steep, door block ahead of terrace upstairs. The patio is safe.
