Spacious apartment (70m²) directly in the city, (only a 5 minutes walk from the cathedral square) on the second floor with elevator consisting of entrance, bathroom, kitchen, 1 bedroom, large living room and terrace. The apartment faces south and is directly accessible by car. A garage box in the underground garage is included in the price and also free fiber optic internet for our guests is included. The bakery under the house with fresh bread opens at 7 am. Local tax €1,55 per person/day The space The apartment is spacious and very bright and offers even in the winter months enough light and sun directly into the apartment and on the terrace. Cozy wooden floors, high quality furnishings and a 55 inch OLED Smart TV with free fiber optic WiFi round it all off. The kitchen offers an oven and a modern Hisense refrigerator. The sofa in the living room can easily be converted into a double bed so 4 guests can use the apartment (mattress 140x200). Guest access The appartment is directly accessible by car, a garage box in the underground garage is included in the price. ATTENTION for sports cars (without chassis lift) or higher van's (VW Multivan, Mercedes Vito etc) the garage entrance is unsuitable and can alternatively be accommodated in the pay car park opposite. Other things to note The appartement is located directly in the city and offers everything necessary within walking distance such as supermarket, biomarket, restaurant, bakery, tobacconist, farmacy bus station, tourist information point.
