Composed of a single room, the studio optimizes its 26 m2, as we have installed a wardrobe bed. During the day, you put the bed away and you have a beautiful living room. Two single bunk beds complete this double bed and can accommodate two adults or children. A kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and stove will allow you to dine at the studio and optimize your travel costs. You won't need to go to the restaurant every day. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. It's small and functional. The window overlooking Etier de Billiers offers a beautiful view with Bétahon beach in the background. Guest access You can park in front of the residence without any problems. As the road is a cul-de-sac, there is always room and little traffic. Access to the residence is simple. It is accessed from the back of the building. The residence is small with 8 apartments, 4 per floor. Access to Pen Lan Point is also easy, as the expressway is 4 minutes from the residence. With this expressway, you can easily get to the tourist places you'd like to visit. Other things to note The studio is upstairs and is only accessible by a staircase, about twenty steps.
