Vacation home at the heart square

Here in the Genussregion Oberfranken, in the beautiful district of Bamberg, is our modern, child-friendly and large apartment on Herzplatz. It is located on the 2nd floor of a former barn and is about 160 m² in size. The building, which you occupy alone, can accommodate 6-8 people. The space The centerpiece of the apartment is the inviting living and dining area, which is equipped with a sofa bed for two people and adjoins the very well-equipped kitchen. From the coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner ceramic stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster to the hand mixer, everything is available. There are three bedrooms with TV, makeup mirror, wardrobe and wardrobe panel. In two of them also a sitting area with armchair and table and in the third a desk/workplace. There are roller blinds in all sleeping areas. Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. In the daylight bathroom, there is a spacious shower and cozy corner bathtub. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, washing machine with clothes rack, board games/toys. On request, we also provide a travel crib and high chair free of charge. The (partial) air conditioning can be booked for a small fee of €5/day. In the entrance area of the apartment there is a covered seating area with a grill. It also includes a double garage with a basket swing and sandbox. Daily needs are met 3-6 km away by a number of supermarkets, drugstores, bakeries, butchers, banks, pharmacies and gas stations. We have a variety of restaurants/beer gardens in the vicinity. The next opportunity is the Gasthaus Hoh 160 meters away. A city bus connection is provided. Timetables, as well as other information and maps of the area, are available in the apartment. The World Heritage city of Bamberg is about 7 km away, but also directly from the apartment, you can explore the surroundings with Seehof Castle and some hiking trails worth seeing. Guest access Self check-in via key box. You will receive all the necessary information in advance. Other things to note No smoking, pets, or parties/events are allowed in the apartment. We will contact you about a week before arrival regarding estimated arrival time, bed allocation and other questions. Since we initially went online through an agency to gain a foothold for the first time, our account looks a bit empty here. We have been renting the apartment since 10/2019 and have received an average of 9 out of 10 points from our guests so far. We hope to be able to show our guests' experiences here soon!
