This Condo is located at the 1.5mm of the Grand Glaize Arm. It is positioned facing the Ozark State Park. One of the best features of this condo is the easy accessibility. The condo is on the same level as the lake, pools, docks and pet relief areas. This condo is great for anyone with mobility issues, children, or dogs. The space This condo is set up for families. Bring the friends, family, neighbors, anyone you want to make lasting memories with. There is plenty of room for everyone. Not only do our beds sleep 8 but there is plenty of floor space to blow up the air mattress. For families with small children we have a pack n play and highchair available to use. We have games, a few fishing supplies, kayaks, and many other fun things around the condo. The kitchen is stocked with appliances and other necessities so you can cook a big breakfast or grill some burgers. We didn't forget the furry family members either! There is a small kennel for use in the closet, along with food & water bowls. We do ask that you bring your own dog bedding, food and toys. One of the many pet "potty places" on the property is a short 30 steps from the front door with NO Stairs. We keep a leash by the door and the complex provides the clean up bags. Taking the dog out doesn't get any easier. Parkview Bay also has a lot of green space and walk ways for getting your pup exercise. Pets are not allowed in the pool area but our dogs love hanging out on the docks. Please keep your dog on a leash at ALL times. Guest access THE BOAT SLIP MUST BE RESERVED SEPARATELY.
