“Welcome and come in” in our quiet and cozy apartment close to Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. The apartment "Beim Frans" is located directly on the famous cycle path Via Claudia Augusta in Tösens - one of the smallest places in the Tyrolean Oberland - between Landeck and Nauders am Reschenpass and in the three-country region of Tyrol - Switzerland - Italy. In the middle of nature and directly on the Inn, you will enjoy and relax AWAY FROM THE TOURISTIC PATHS. The space You will live in a spacious apartment of about 60 m² decorated in the best Tyrolean style. It can easily lodge 2 to 4 people and the apartment is equipped with: - an entrance hall with coat check - kitchen with seating area and equipped with fridge, electric hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine and kettle, TV with radio and DVD - bedroom with double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and large wardrobe - rustic ''Zirbenstube'' (the typical Tyrolean lounge room) with sitting area, TV and sofa bed (140 cm x 225 cm) for 2 persons - bathroom with shower, sink with mirror, a sitting area, hair dryer and towels - separate toilet - private large terrace with barbecue Guest access - We offer you a parking space in front of the house for your car. You can park your motorcycle or bicycle in the garage. - In winter a ski and boot drying room is at your disposal. This room is shared by all guests of the accommodation. The ski storage room is located in one of our garages and is shared by all guests of the accommodation. - In summer our garden lounge with outdoor kitchen and a view on the beautiful orchard invites you to relax. The fireplace grill and the fire bowl are also available on request. - You are welcome to serve yourself from fresh vegetables and fruits from our greenhouse (depending on season and availability). Other things to note - The local tax of € 2,80 per person (age 15 and up) per night is not included in the price and has to be paid on site. - No worries, fresh bread every day! There is a small bakery nearby the accommodation. - Restaurant "Wilder Mann" directly in town, has a great menu for dinner. -Attention: With the guest card of Tösens, you will ONLY receive reduced ski tickets on the 6, 7 and 13-day ski pass for Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis in winter. - In summer you will receive the free Summercard for the Tyrolean Oberland on arrival - the benefit card for your holiday happiness - with free hiking bus, participation in selected hikes and many other advantages. - In summer we are happy to provide you mountain bikes and bicycles free of charge during your stay. - We ask you to announce the exact number of guests at the time of booking. - We would like to inform you that our accommodation is designed to offer adults a relaxing experience. Therefore we have made the decision not to accept children under the age of 16. It is necessary to guarantee a quiet and relaxing environment for all our adult guests.
