The space The apartment is located on the first floor and covers an area of 40 square meters, with a completely independent entrance. The interiors are designed for maximum comfort and functionality. Living Area The living area is bright and well-organized, featuring a modern kitchen equipped with all the necessary cookware and utensils, a comfortable double sofa bed, Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video included, a hot/cold air conditioning system, and direct access to the spacious 70 sqm terrace. You'll also find a dedicated recycling area with clear and practical instructions. Please remember to place the waste outside on the sidewalk the night before. Master Bedroom The master bedroom is stylishly furnished with a comfortable bed, a wardrobe room, a TV, blackout curtains, and USB sockets on both sides of the bed. A smoke and carbon monoxide detector is installed on the ceiling for your safety. A folding single bed is available for an additional 3rd/4th guest, along with a changing table, a lightweight stroller, toys, and books for children. Bathroom The bathroom has a window and is equipped with a bathtub, a hairdryer with diffuser, shower gel, hand soap, and toilet paper for your convenience. The Terrace The large terrace offers an exclusive and relaxing space, featuring an automated pergola with dimmable lighting. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a relaxation area, and a utility room with a washing machine, detergents, a drying rack, an ironing board, and an iron. External Services On the ground floor, there is an outdoor shower surrounded by greenery, with both hot and cold water, perfect for refreshing yourself after a day at the beach. The ground floor area, including the driveway and automatic gate, is shared with the owners and serves solely as a passage and uncovered parking. The available bicycles can be freely used to explore the surroundings. Guest access The ground floor courtyard, the pedestrian gate, and the automatic gate are shared with us, the owners, and are used exclusively as a passageway and parking area. In our garden lives Jack, our affectionate large dog, a boxer with a sweet and playful nature. Jack loves to play with everyone, especially children; however, we have taken appropriate measures to ensure that his presence does not interfere with your stay, offering you peace and tranquility. Other things to note Scoglitti is a quiet neighborhood during winter, which comes alive with colors and energy in the summer. The main services and the town center are located 1.7 km away, and the Coop and Ard supermarkets are easily reachable. Every Monday morning, don’t miss the charming local market on Via Costantino Orazio, where you can buy typical products and household items. In summer, between 8-9 AM and 12-1 PM, street vendors pass by selling bread, croissants, cookies, and sometimes even ice cream or ricotta. For a special dinner, we recommend the seaside restaurants offering excellent fresh seafood, which can also be purchased directly from local fishermen.
