The Witt Huuske is a lovingly renovated residential building from 1890. Our grandparents used to live here. So many childhood memories are attached not only to the house, but also to the village of Campen. The house consists of a front house and a back house that can be rented separately. The apartments are completely separated from each other, have their own entrances, parking spaces and gardens. The house is located in a quiet place in the Krummhörn, just a few kilometers from the dyke ... The space Best suited for 1 person. Accommodates a maximum of 3 people. Size: 67 m² Other things to note ... and the highest lighthouse in Germany.  We want to offer you comfort and an atmosphere that we ourselves would like to experience on vacation. Therefore, we have paid particular attention to the details and are only satisfied when you are. We would love to welcome you. Note, bringing a pet: We love dogs and therefore do not want to exclude them. We only allow one small dog up to a shoulder height of 50 cm (subject to a fee, must be specified when booking). Dog insurance on your part is mandatory. Please note that the property is not designed for dogs and special care is required because of the oak floor and high-quality furniture. There is no fence and care must be taken to ensure that the dog does not run over to the neighboring apartment. During the day, a robotic lawnmower is on the lawn. The animal is not allowed in the bedrooms, as carpet is laid there. Lying on furniture is only permitted with your own blankets. Thanks for your understanding! The front building offered here has a separate living, dining and sleeping room, a spacious bathroom and a reading corner on 67 m2. The apartment is ideal for two people, but can be bedded for another person. It was rated 5 stars by the German Tourism Association in 2020. A highlight is the polished wooden beam ceiling from 1890, which offers a harmonious atmosphere in contrast to the urban furniture. The real wood parquet made of oak is heated from below and creates a healthy indoor climate with the floor-to-ceiling oak windows.  We want to offer you comfort and an atmosphere that we ourselves like to experience on vacation. Therefore, we have paid particular attention to the details and are only satisfied when you are. Outdoor area: The terrace on the eastern side of the house can be accessed from both the kitchen and the living room. There are garden furniture, a barbecue and a private garden area. A private parking space is available right in front of the entrance door. At another parking space, an 11KW charging station can be used by arrangement. Living: In the living room, you can relax on a couch with a table and an armchair. For entertainment, in addition to a 43-inch HD smart TV and a Bluetooth audio system, a selection of award-winning Bluray movies are also available. In the reading corner you will find some of the most famous books in literary history. The couch can be pulled out as an additional sleeping space. Sleeping: The bedroom on the first floor can be fully darkened. The bed with high-quality 180 x 200 cm mattress has duvets in 220 cm extra length. Pillows & duvets are suitable for allergy sufferers. Bed linen are Included There are also bedside tables with a reading lamp, a wardrobe, an HD TV, a safe and a desk. Kitchen: The spacious kitchenette is well equipped: fridge with freezer, induction cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, fine dishes & glasses, tea service, cutlery and much of what you need for cooking, such as pots, pan, sieve, mixer, etc. The basic set of dish towels, dishwashing tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and much more is free. Bathroom: Relax in a walk-in rain shower or bathtub. Towels are included, as well as a basic set of soap, shampoo, shower gel, facial tissues and body lotion.
