The Villa is ideally located along a white sand beach, just in front of the natural coral reef of the West Island. It offers breathtaking snorkeling on a completely private property of 6 hectares (12 acres). At the heart of this private and isolated property, this elegant accommodation will offer you both marine wonders and a lush and green tropical landscape. The maintained land offers tranquility and isolation; just for you. This house is composed of 3 modules connected by a deck facing the water. The terrace area is an outdoor lounge and dining area, naturally ventilated by the sea breeze; it will quickly become your favorite place to relax, meet up with family or friends for dinner or an aperitif, while admiring the beauty of the lagoon. The 2 bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with queen-size beds. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 additional single beds and a second bathroom is available to the occupants. The modern and very well-equipped American kitchen and bar will be at your disposal to prepare your meals. The comfortable, spacious and bright living room offers a Tv corner to discover French and Polynesian programs. Wi-Fi, of course, is standard. As beautiful and comfortable as the house is, the property is the shining star (after the water). The immense private beach invites you to swim, relax, kayak (at your disposal) and sunbathe. You can walk, stroll or jog along the half-mile, park-like, manicured grassy path through the 12 acres (6 hectares) of lush wonderland, all exclusive and completely private, protected by two locked gates. A deep-water dock at one end of the property offers a natural enclosed pool that is perfect for diving (kids love it!). Large open grassy areas offer endless hours of land play when everyone needs to dry off for a moment. Bring your masks and snorkels to explore the marine life; superb deep-water snorkeling awaits, stretching 500 meters (1,800 feet) from dock to dock. All to yourself and you alone. After a snorkeling session, enjoy a sunset cocktail on the beach, overlooking Bora Bora and Raiatea.
