Close to the lake Chiemsee and in the heart of Bernau, we look forward to welcoming you in the light-flooded, modern and cozy attic apartment. On the comfortable sofa, in the relaxing armchair or on the one of the two balconies you can end the day at the lake or in the mountains. It´s very important to us that you feel comfortable and that you enjoy your time. You can charge your electric car and bike at our place. The space You get to your bright apartment via your own entrance. The parquet exudes cosinessand you can enjoy the sun all day long on the two balconies. The large bed in the bedroom and the comfortable sofa bed (lying area 1,60 x 2,00 m) offer a high level of sleeping comfort. The rooms are high and airy. Your dear dog is also welcome. We charge a fee of 15€/night for him or her. Guest access The apartment is located in the center of Bernau direcly at the park. Restaurants and cafes can be reached quickly. Between the Chiemsee and Kampenwand ther is a wide range of recreational opportunities such as hiking, cycling, water sports and of course in winter time skiing, corsss-country skiing and tobogganing. To the train station you can walk within 5 minutes. By train you can reach Salzburg and Munich within 1 hour. Other things to note Dogs: After consultation your dog is also welcome. An additional fee of 10 € per night will be charged. Local tourist tax of 1,50 € per person per day is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on arrival.
