The space This apartment, located on the ground floor of a building completely renovated, comes with wood-like tiles and finishes in yellow shades. The environment is very bright and comes with an open plan well-equipped kitchen, fitted with an induction hob and a kettle, in addition to a dining area with a Tv and a double sofa bed. In the same room there is the sleeping area with a queen size bed. An elegant full bathroom with a large shower completes the apartment. At guests’ disposal there is also a common laundry room on the ground floor and a relax area on the first floor. We also offer to our guests truly authentic experiences to live like a local. Guest access Our guests will have access to all the amenities of the accommodation. Other things to note Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 25€ per stay. The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot. Basic condiments such as oil, salt, pepper and sugar are not present in the accommodation for hygienic reasons. There are other accommoadations inside the building.
