The living room also features a 50” Smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker, a pool table, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that fill the space with natural light. For a comfortable and convenient stay, the villa offers a computer and writing desk for guests to use for work or study. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making a self-catered holiday seem effortless. Adjacent to the kitchen is an island with six barstools, offering the perfect spot for intimate moments with your loved ones. The first spacious ensuite bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.80 x 2.00), a 32” Smart TV, and direct access to the pool area. This bedroom also features a sofa (1,90 x 1,90) that can accommodate the 7th guest, if necessary. The ensuite bathroom includes dual vessel sinks and a shower with a hydromassage setting. This bedroom also offers a fully equipped kitchenette with a mini fridge, a filter coffee machine, and a microwave. The second ensuite bedroom features a king-size bed (1.60 x 2.00) and a two-seater sofa bed (1,90 x 1,90) that can accommodate the 8th guest if necessary. This bedroom also features a 32” Smart TV and has direct access to the shared veranda. The ensuite bathroom features a sink and a stand-up shower. The third bedroom offers a Queen-size bed (1.80 x 2.00) and a wall-mounted 32” Smart TV, with direct access to the shared veranda. This bedroom also features a sofa (1,90 x 1,90) that can accommodate the 9th guest, if necessary. The ensuite bathroom includes dual vessel sinks and a shower with a hydromassage setting. To enhance your stay, every room in the villa features balcony doors and windows with screens and motion sensors. Finally, there is a shared bathroom with a washer, dryer, and a stand-up shower. Outdoor Area The 600m² outdoor area wraps around the property, offering a variety of places to relax and unwind, each providing a different perspective. Paved verandas, lawn-covered areas, palms, and beautiful landscaping combine to create an attractive exterior. The outdoor facilities include: - A 32m² private swimming pool equipped with state-of-the-art swim jet technology for invigorating exercise and training sessions. Additionally, indulge in the ultimate relaxation with the built-in two-seater hydromassage feature. The pool can be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge, for the entire stay, and requires at least one week’s notice. - The pool terrace is equipped with six wooden sunbeds with padded mattresses, four umbrellas, pool floaties, and a hammock, perfect for relaxing while soaking up the sun. Several seating areas and an outdoor shower are also available for your comfort. - Al fresco dining is easy with a gas BBQ grill, mini fridge, and dishwasher for easy cleanup, next to the outdoor dining area for eight. To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, the BBQ area is fitted with carbon monoxide detectors and a water filter to minimize the use of single-use plastic bottles. - A ping pong table, a basketball hoop, and a playhouse provide outdoor entertainment. - Two children’s bikes with helmets, a bicycle rack, and a static bike are available for those who wish to stay active during their holiday. - A separate seating area on the shared veranda, under a pergola for some quiet time and shade. - The villa boasts a diverse selection of herbs, including fresh mint, which can be used to create refreshing mojitos for guests to enjoy. - Parking space for two cars inside the villa premises.
