Bratton Mill Farmhouse is a spacious self-catering property sleeping up to 8 guests across four bedrooms: a king-size bedroom with a small en-suite, a large double bedroom, a further small double bedroom, and a twin bedroom, plus a family bathroom. The front door opens into a beautifully furnished living area filled with antiques, complete with a wood-burning fire and a riverside conservatory, an ideal spot to relax and watch the stream and wildlife. The space The large kitchen/breakfast room features a traditional Rayburn, larder cupboard, electric hob, American fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave, along with toaster, kettle, cookware and utensils. There is also a downstairs cloakroom and a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and pulley airer. A television, DVD player, radio and wifi are provided throughout, along with an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Please note there is no mobile phone reception due to the property's location, and the stairs are quite steep. Bed linen and large fluffy towels are provided, along with tea, coffee, sugar and basic household sundries. Electricity and heating are included, with central heating pre-programmed but adjustable, and a wood-burning stove supplied with logs and kindling during cooler months. Outside, the farmhouse sits down a private shared lane with its own parking area for two cars. There is a private lawned garden to the front and rear, bordered by a trout stream, though it is not fully enclosed. Outdoor table and chairs are provided to enjoy the peaceful riverside setting. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, up to a maximum of two, with a supplementary fee per dog; they should be kept off furniture and upstairs, and not left unattended. Strictly no smoking. The property is suitable for children but not suitable for those with restricted mobility or wheelchair users.
