Up the Creek - Creek Front w/ Creek Dock The space LINENS/TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (packages available to rent upon request): This creekfront 5 bedroom, 3 bath home on the creek has spectacular marsh views from the rear screened porch located on the 2nd row from the beach. You will have a grand time fishing, kayaking, and crabbing from the private stationery, covered dock with attached floating boat dock. The wide creek front screened porch with rocking chairs and a table provides room for the family to eat at mealtimes or just enjoy an afternoon rocking away. The kitchen is spacious enough for several chefs to be cooking at one time. The upstairs screened porch has a swing to relax on after a day of crabbing. No Smoking. Shared Beach Access. Dog Friendly with non-refundable fee. For security purposes, please note this property has security cameras solely for visual (no audio) monitoring outside the property only and are not present inside the property. Other things to note - Guest renting property must be 25 years or older and is fully responsible for the property during stay - NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY OR ON ANY DECKS, BALCONIES, AND/OR PORCHES - NO HOUSE PARTIES OR EVENTS - number of guests cannot exceed the occupancy of the property. Overcrowding/over occupancy will result in termination of the reservation. - DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE - Guests shall not rearrange or move the furniture. Any damage or if it is necessary for the Property Management company to move furniture back to its original location will be at the cost of the guest. - Check-in Instructions: check-in is at 4:00pm on date of arrival and you will come to the Property Management office and pick up your check in packet if your property is keyed. If your property is keyless, your keyless code will be emailed to you 2 days prior to arrival and will be activated at 4pm on day of arrival. DO NOT go to the property as this will delay your check-in time. - Checkout Instructions: checkout is at 10:00am no exceptions. If your property is keyed, your will drop off your keys at the Property Management Office by 10:00am. If your property is keyless, please use the code provided at check in to lock the property upon your departure. Before departure, put all trash in plastics bags and place in the outside garbage containers or dumpster. Wash all dishes or load the dishwasher and start it before leaving. Strip beds of linens and put mattress pads and comforters back on. Place rented linens on front porch in a bundle or in the blue bags provided. Check carefully for clothing and personal items before you depart. There is a handling fee plus the cost of shipping to return your items. Securely lock the property upon departure.
