The American kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. The open-plan living-dining room is tastefully decorated and features a flat-screen Tv and direct access to the outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying fresh air. On the ground floor, you will also find the washing machine for added convenience. First floor: On the first floor, you will find the double room, which offers a fresh and comfortable refuge. The house's bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring the area. Exteriors: The exterior of Villa Luisa is perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The villa has a covered dining area and a built-in barbecue, ideal for enjoying delicious outdoor meals in company. The well-maintained gardens and private pool are the perfect place to relax, sunbathe or take a refreshing swim. Location: The house is just a 15-minute drive from the popular city of Pollensa, famous for its weekly market every Sunday, as well as its numerous shops, bars and restaurants. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are a short drive away and offer additional options to enjoy the beautiful coasts of Mallorca. Air conditioning and other services: Air conditioning is available from 2:00 Pm to 4:00 Pm and from 8:00 Pm to 8:00 Am, which ensures a comfortable rest during the hottest moments of the day and night. Additionally, the tourist tax is included in the price, which facilitates your stay. Villa Luisa is the perfect place for a romantic holiday in a serene environment, surrounded by nature and with easy access to all the services in the area. A perfect getaway to relax and enjoy the beauty of Mallorca! Information to take into account: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied. The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
