The large kitchen well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to create a wonderful meal with friends. The finished basement has a large bedroom, full bath, kitchenette, and a large living room with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The master bedroom has an attached bath and french doors that open onto a screened porch that opens onto the deck. On the deck, you will find a sunken hot tub with room for six as well as a dining table and grill. The deck overlooks the wooded rear of the property and the fire pit and koi pond. The fire pit, with several comfortable Adirondack chairs, is the perfect place to enjoy on a crisp evening while listening to the sounds of the water splashing into the koi pond.
