Gardening service comes every Wednesday to clean the backyard. Please be advised that pool cleaning is every Tuesday and Friday so pool cleaning enters from the side gate for cleaning. Backyard has plenty of space to entertain your family. Heated pool is available for additional 100$ per day, hut tub, gazebo are well cleaned and maintained. Gas and charcoal grills available for all types of BBQ needs. .The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal Large trampoline is a lot of fun for kids. As soon as you arrive at the main door there is smart lock. Please touch the logo sign and enter the code that will be provided individually to every guest To lock the door from outside please make sure the door is fully closed and press on the logo of the lock and you should hear the lock activate. Quiet time is from 10pm- 9am Please refrain from making noise during that time. *Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times. *Using glasses outside is strictly forbidden for safety reasons. *Please clean up after your pet and keep them off the furniture *Close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises. *Please use the hot tub / swimming pool area according to the safety rules. Do not use any glassware in or around the area. Hot tub can be controlled by a remote that is located on the kitchen island. Do not take it outside. Pool can be heated at additional cost. *Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Cigarette butts must be disposed of correctly in the ashtrays provided and not littered on the property grounds. Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we can repair or replace them. Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please wash the dishes and throw out the garbage before checkout.
