A light, bright, quiet and tastefully furnished four bed Victorian town house with fabulous sunset views over world famous Fistral beach. The house is located very close to Fistral and Towan beaches, the harbour, the Gannel and the town centre with a host of great cafes, pubs, bars, restaurants, cinema and independent shops within easy reach. The house is ideally situated for surfing, golfing, wild swimming and walking. Downstairs are two reception rooms; a lounge area for relaxing together and a comfortable study featuring a large day bed perfect for catching up on any holiday reading. The large kitchen and dining room offer a four ring gas cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a dining room with a table that comfortably seats six people - as you can see from reviews this area is ideal for evening get togethers. There is a garden room adjacent to the study, this room provides wetsuit and surfboard storage. To the rear is a sunny west facing decked garden if you prefer to relax in the sun in the peace of your own garden, perfect for al fresco dining on a garden table. On the first floor are a bathroom featuring a roll top bath, a separate shower and a further toilet with wash basin. You will find a twin bedroom to the front which enjoys beautiful morning light and double and super kingsize bedrooms with sea views facing the rear. In the attic lounge you will find a 50 inch TV and fabulous views across the golf course to Fistral beach and the horizon beyond. This area is ideal should the weather take a turn for the worse. The house has fibre broadband. Bedding and towels are included. This our family home and we kindly ask all guests to remove sand and wetsuits etc in the back garden before entering the house but other than that we hope you make yourself at home. Other things to note During high season (June to August) we are only able to offer whole week bookings (Saturday to Saturday) or partial week bookings departing on Saturday.
