With mirrored floor plans, the building can accommodate a large group of travelers with the convenience of a centrally located door between units. Enter Twin Peaks through either unit on the ground level or come into the main level via the exterior stairs and decks. The building is constructed with Hardie Board siding and composite decking, so rest assured, your outdoor experience will be clean, safe, and enjoyable. Designated spaces on both sides offer secure ski storage and make it easy to unload your gear and store it from the driveway. In this same space, behind the garage doors, there are Tesla charging stations. The upper decks face Sunday River and provide views of White Cap, where you can see the Cats groom the trails at night or watch skiers brave White Heat, Shockwave, and Obsession. There are two easy-to-use propane firepits on either deck that provide ambiance and effectively warms the immediate area making the decks usable and entertaining places to gather. On the main levels, the floor plan provides cathedral ceilings, a prow wall with floor-to-ceiling windows, propane fireplaces in each living room, and open-concept living areas. There are primary bedrooms on the main level, laundry, two formal dining areas, and two large pantries. The kitchens are well stocked with all of the utensils and appliances you will need to prepare gourmet meals. The dining rooms combined can seat a total of twenty people. There are two rear decks, two hot tubs, and a small lawn area out the back door. This space is a quiet, shaded section of the property that both units can enjoy peacefully. Perhaps the best therapy for exhausted ski-legs is an extended soak with your favorite friends. Upstairs, the hallways are open to the living rooms below, with soaring views over the mountains on the second level. There are six bedrooms; two with two twin-sized bunk beds (sleep 4), two with king-size beds, and two with queen-sized beds and dressers. All of the bedrooms are tastefully equipped with soft linens and attractive mountain décor. These six bedrooms share full bathrooms on each side with his and her sinks and fiberglass tubs. The ground level offers the ultimate rec area. Two large gaming areas feature Xbox 1's, two shuffleboard tables, two foosball tables, and two connect-four racks. Two brand-new theaters have been recently constructed, and these each feature 75" flatscreens, seating for six on the couches (in each unit), and popcorn makers. Whether you unwind by gaming, watching a movie, or connecting with friends and family, there is space to make this vacation precisely what you need.
