The second bedroom offers a queen bed and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen has been completely renovated and offers everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays, including dishwasher. The air-conditioned, open plan living room is comfortably and tastefully furnished and offers smart TV with Netflix connectivity and Wi-Fi – perfect for relaxing after a big day at the beach. Step through to your beachfront balcony and enjoy the stunning views and refreshing sea breezes. Pacific Breeze is a well-maintained building, located on the absolute beachfront with no roads to cross and is only 1 block from the Palm Beach Surf Club and patrolled section of beach. Linen All linen including beach towels is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival. Access Access is via a doorcode at the property which will be provided closer to arrival. Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Reminder Linen is provided & beds will be made up for your arrival. Key Collection Access will be available by the key pad at the property. Further details will be provided prior to your arrival. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. The door will self lock when closed as per instructions on your Welcome Letter. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
