This's a beautiful fully renovated house. This is a PRIME location for CONVENIENT outdoor adventure! -Short drive into downtown Denver My house is decorated primarily with a modern/midcentury vibe. It is very cozy and comfortable. Each room has its own look and feel, with high quality EVERYTHING. Smart TVs will give you access to Netflix, Youtube, HBO, Disney+, Spotify, ect. (Using your own login) The front yard has a great patio, very relaxing and enjoyable, especially for early birds enjoying a hot cup of coffee, or a cold beer at the end of a fun day exploring. The backyard is private with high fencing, and decked out with patio furniture, hanging lights, a fire pit, BBQ grill, and a huge lush grass lawn. Awesome space for your group to enjoy! Note: firewood not provided, propane may need to be filled for BBQ grill (7/11 a block away), laundry detergent is not provided. Parking is extremely convenient: -2 parking spaces in the driveway for normal length vehicles (spaces are side by side) -5 more parking spaces directly in front of the house for large vehicles like camper vans, or work trucks. -Note: You'll likely notice a black pickup in the driveway. I simply do not have anywhere else to put it. Don't worry, there is still 2 or 3 parking spaces in the driveway, and plenty of street parking available. Transport: -Uber/Lyft is readily available and inexpensive to get anywhere downtown. -Train Station is only about a mile away, the second stop will get you downtown! You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. I'll send you a unique code for the door before check-in. I want your trip to be amazing. I do reserve the right to enter the garage as needed, but the garage is a completely separate building to the side of the house. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, especially for being located basically in downtown, and you can book with confidence. The neighborhood is located centrally and is 15 minutes or less to pretty much every place you could want to visit including: -Downtown -Ball Arena -All Major Event Centers (message me for proximity if curious) -Stadiums for Broncos, Nuggets, Rockies, Avalanche -16th Street Mall -South Broadway -RiNo -Santa Fe Art District -Cherry Creek -Meow Wolf Art Museum -Denver Art Museum -Denver Museum of Nature & Science -Denver Children's Museum (Amazing) Neighborhood Amenities: -Starbucks and McDonalds on the corner of the street, super close and convenient. All major fast food, groceries, liquor, and other needs are available within 5 minutes drive or so. -Huston Lake Park is only a couple of blocks from the house, and is a large and very beautiful park with a lake and perfect place to jog in the morning, picnic with your family, or just relax after a long day of having fun in Denver! -Try the AMAZING Vietnamese restaurants in the neighborhood. -FANTASTIC traditional Mexican food and street tacos 3 blocks away! -Two driveway parking spots, and tons of street parking in front of the house. Please see the "Guest access" section for more info. -Uber/Lyft are very cheap considering the close proximity to many local attractions & downtown. -Alameda Train Station is one mile away, and one stop from downtown. -Bus stops 2 blocks from the house, multiple routes will get you where you need to go within 3-4 blocks. -You may smoke in the font/backyard (NO smoking inside the house) -Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash is provided in every bathroom -2 parking spaces in the driveway for normal sized vehicles. -5 parking spaces directly in front of the house for large vehicles like campers and work trucks. -No garage access, I need to use the garage from time to time as I have to mow the lawn, and shovel snow.
