Visit on a fall weekend to catch Navy on the gridiron. This house is the perfect stay for all things Annapolis. 15-20 minute walk to the Naval Academy (0.9 Miles) through historic downtown Annapolis (though it may take you longer since the many shops and restaurants along the way may entice you to linger) We are pet-friendly on a case-by-case basis (Pet fee will apply). If you bring your pet, you are responsible for all aspects of your pet, including cleaning up after them in the yard. The house is 3 stories plus a lower level. So feel free to drop us a line before, during, or after your stay! The President’s Hill neighborhood is a cozy community perfectly situated in downtown Annapolis. Walking distance to anywhere and everywhere you want to be downtown. Whether you want to visit the Naval Academy grounds, check out Main Street, or catch a game at Navy-Marine Corps Stadium, you can park your car in the private driveway and get their on foot. Annapolis is the perfect walkable town and our location is made for it with off-street parking for your vehicle. But if you choose to drive around there are plenty of parking garages and metered spaces. The city offers a webpage to help you decide. Just Google "Annapolis parking" and voila! Beautiful 20 minute walk to the Naval Academy though historic downtown Annapolis (0.9 miles to the main gate). Navy Stadium is 1 mile away and also walkable, though slightly less scenic. If you are wanting to visit Eastport and its many restaurants, we highly recommend taking the water taxi from the city dock! There is a private driveway for that can fit 2, possibly 3 smaller cars. Parking for this property is limited to what you can fit in the driveway (street parking is limited to full time residents with a permit). If bringing more cars than that, we can directed to a nearby parking garage with nightly rates.
