Short walk to everything downtown offers, it just needs you! The space This house is the perfect mix of “close to it all” and “quiet, cozy respite.” Nicely nestled off a cul-de-sac with off street parking, fenced-in backyard and outdoor patio. Great find in Annapolis’s President’s Hill neighborhood. Come in the spring to see Main Street open up for outdoor dining. Stay in the summer for all the city’s waterfront has to offer. Visit on a fall weekend to catch Navy on the gridiron. This house is the perfect stay for all things Annapolis. 15-20 minute walk to the Naval Academy (0.9 Miles) through historic downtown Annapolis (though it may take you longer since the many shops and restaurants along the way may entice you to linger) We are pet-friendly on a case-by-case basis (Pet fee will apply). Please include information on booking if you are thinking about bringing your pet. If you bring your pet, you are responsible for all aspects of your pet, including cleaning up after them in the yard. The house is 3 stories plus a lower level. Take advantage of the grill out back to cook up some burgers and hot dogs when the weather is nice. Back gate offers immediate access to the West Street restaurants. Other things to note There is a private driveway for that can fit 2, possibly 3 smaller cars. Parking for this property is limited to what you can fit in the driveway (street parking is limited to full time residents with a permit). If bringing more cars than that, we can directed to a nearby parking garage with nightly rates.
