In a quiet residential area, this 140 m² house with a landscaped garden of 1,300 m² can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. It’s the perfect spot for a family holiday or a getaway with friends, combining relaxation by the pool with the discovery of local treasures. The space The house is set on 2 levels: Ground floor: - Fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace - Dining room and living room with access to the terrace and pool through two large bay windows - Utility room and laundry area (washing machine, dryer, second fridge) - Two bedrooms, one with direct access to the terrace - Bathroom with walk-in shower - Separate toilet First floor: - Two bedrooms - Bathroom - Separate toilet The house is fully air-conditioned, and all bedrooms are equipped with mosquito screens, wardrobes, and queen-size beds (160 cm). Outdoors: - Covered terrace providing a pleasant shaded area - Gas plancha grill available - Private swimming pool (8 x 4 m) secured with a rolling shutter - Landscaped, tree-filled garden, partially fenced - Ping-pong table -Private parking in front of the garage Pets are not allowed, and the house is non-smoking. Bed linen and towels are not included. They can be rented for an additional fee (€92 per stay). Guest access Travellers have access to the entire house, garden and pool. Private parking in the courtyard of the house. No more than 2 cars.
