Welcome to this spacious holiday villa located in Bollène, in the heart of the Haut-Vaucluse region, at the gateway to the Drôme Provençale and Provence. Set in a quiet residential neighbourhood, this 140 m² home with a fully fenced and tree-lined 1,300 m² garden can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. It is ideal for a family getaway or a trip with friends, offering both relaxation by the pool and discovery of the region’s many treasures. The space The house is spread over two levels: Ground floor: • Fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace • Dining room and living room with access to the terrace and pool through two large sliding doors • Pantry and laundry room (washing machine, dryer, second refrigerator) • Two bedrooms, one with direct access to the terrace • Bathroom with walk-in shower • Separate toilet First floor: • Two bedrooms • Bathroom • Separate toilet The house is fully air-conditioned, and all bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets, wardrobes, and Queen-size beds (160 cm). Outdoor spaces: • Covered terrace offering pleasant shade • Gas plancha available • 8 m x 4 m flat-bottom pool (1.50 m), secured with a rolling shutter • Landscaped, fully enclosed garden • Table tennis table • Private parking in front of two covered and closed garages Pets are not allowed, and the house is non-smoking. Charging electric vehicles is strictly prohibited. Bed linen and towels are not included. They can be rented for an additional €92 per booking. A €1,500 security deposit (bank imprint) via our partner SWIKLY will be required, as well as a holiday rental extension insurance. Guest access Travellers have access to the entire house, garden and pool. Private parking in the courtyard of the house. No more than 2 cars.
