Amenities The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance you could want or need for your stay Amenities such as dishwasher soap, washing machine materials, trash bags, sponges, hair shampoo and conditioner, body soap, dishes detergent, toilet paper and paper towels are provided for FIRST TIME use, if more quantities of the amenities listed about are needed, it would be our guest responsibility to acquire more. No extra cost for a High Chair and Pack n Play (Request prior arrival). Pool heat available for $40 a day and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Pool to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation. Cleaning Procedures Our professional laundry service works with the commitment perform a high temperature wash located at an industrial high-valued 5-star laundry facility that is not only well known in the market but also used by other major companies such as Disney World Resorts and top-ranking hotels with the objective exterminate any bacteria on every linen, bed sheet and pillow case, all being delivered wrapped and sealed awaiting to be opened by our guests. The same standard applies with the wash and delivery of brand new and ironed towels, pool towels (if applicable), face towels and washcloths, which are provided accordingly with the capacity of guests for the home, as well with extra quantities to better accommodate our patrons. There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays. Daily maid service is NOT included, please contact us to know our prices for this extra service. Other things to note Host Guidebook: Walt Disney World – At our home, you will only be 15 minutes from the happiest place on earth, The Magic Kingdom. The perfect place to stay when visiting Mickey & all his friends! Sea World – The fun doesn't stop there check out one of the coolest aquariums and amusement parks at Sea World to experience all the sea's wildlife. Florida Mall – If you need a little break from all the amusement parks, step out for a day of shopping at the Florida Mall, with plenty of shopping opportunities at stores such as American Girl, the Crayola Experience, Zara, Mayors & more. Plus, there are several great restaurants as well. Champions Gate Clubhouse – Stay at the house but get the benefits of a resort. Access to the incredible Champions Gate Clubhouse for bars, restaurants, game room, movie theatre, three pools, & a lazy river, a kid's water park & more! Golf course sold separately. Universal Studios – If you have not yet had your fill of amusement parks, head over to Universal Studios for another fun-filled day of roller coasters!
