The space With a surface area of 123 m², the house Les Chardonnerets is spread over 2 levels and is composed as follows: On the ground floor: - A beautiful, bright living room of approximately 50 m², arranged in an L-shape, where the TV lounge area and the dining area with a country-style dining table are combined. Tiled floors, wooden or rattan furniture and a pellet stove add charm and conviviality to this room. - A separate, modern and fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, food processor, multi-function food processors, toaster, kettle, coffee machines (piston, electric, capsule), etc. There is another dining table. - Separate toilet with a washbasin. On the first floor: - A nice resting area on the mezzanine, with a sofa, a bookcase, a TV and a baby bed. - 3 double bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds), each with access to the terrace from where you have a superb sea view.
