Guest access Guests will have full access to the home, including the backyard, pool, and game room. Self check-in is available via keypad for a smooth and convenient arrival. Detailed instructions will be sent prior to check-in, and our team is always available if you need assistance. Please note that, to comply with city regulations, we kindly ask that all vehicles be parked on the property. Please use all available on-site parking spaces before parking on the street. Other things to note POOL: NO HOT TUB -pool lights out of service- The pool is outdoors and regularly serviced; however, it is normal for leaves or minor debris to appear between cleanings, especially depending on weather conditions. This does not indicate the pool is unclean. The pool technician services the pool regularly and may access the backyard through the side gate during your stay. BACKYARD ACCESS: Landscaping and maintenance teams may access the backyard once or twice per week through the side gate to maintain the outdoor areas. PETS: Pets are allowed with prior approval and an additional fee. HOUSE RULES: No parties or large gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests are permitted at the property. No smoking inside the home. SECURITY: Exterior security cameras are installed at the front of the property and driveway for safety purposes only. There are no cameras inside the home. GENERAL: The home includes a large outdoor space, so occasional insects typical to Texas may be present despite regular pest control. NO WEAPONS POLICY Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives. Bringing, storing, or using any weapon on the property will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to us and the specific platform you're booking through and local authorities.
