This 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home features a private pool, oversized backyard, open-concept living areas, and a garage game room with movie space, making it a great fit for weekend trips, celebrations, work stays, and DFW getaways. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, comfortable living space, fast Wi-Fi, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their stay. Sleeping arrangements: Primary bedroom: King bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Double bed + twin-over-twin bunk Bedroom 4: Queen bed Bedroom 5: Two twin-over-twin bunks The backyard is one of the highlights of the home, with a private pool, lounge seating, covered patio, grill, and plenty of space to enjoy time together outdoors. Located in Irving, the home offers convenient access to DFW Airport, Dallas, Arlington, AT&T Stadium, Six Flags, and other major attractions across the metroplex. Guests will have full access to the home, including the backyard, pool, and game room. Self check-in is available via keypad for a smooth and convenient arrival. Detailed instructions will be sent prior to check-in, and our team is always available if you need assistance. Please note that, to comply with city regulations, we kindly ask that all vehicles be parked on the property. Please use all available on-site parking spaces before parking on the street. Our team is happy to help ensure a smooth and comfortable experience from check-in to check-out. POOL: NO HOT TUB -pool lights out of service- The pool is outdoors and regularly serviced; however, it is normal for leaves or minor debris to appear between cleanings, especially depending on weather conditions. This does not indicate the pool is unclean. The pool technician services the pool regularly and may access the backyard through the side gate during your stay. Pool lights located near pool equipment. -pool lights out of service- Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance. BACKYARD ACCESS: Landscaping and maintenance teams may access the backyard once or twice per week through the side gate to maintain the outdoor areas. PETS: Pets are allowed with prior approval and an additional fee. HOUSE RULES: No parties or large gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests are permitted at the property. No smoking inside the home. SECURITY: Exterior security cameras are installed at the front of the property and driveway for safety purposes only. There are no cameras inside the home. GENERAL: The home includes a large outdoor space, so occasional insects typical to Texas may be present despite regular pest control. NO WEAPONS POLICY Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives. By booking, guests agree to comply with this policy. RSBM House Rules 1. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards. 2. Check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. 3. We must be informed of the total number of guests spending the night and if there will be other guests visiting the property during your stay. 4. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. 5. No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property. 6. We must be informed of all the cars that will be coming for your reservation. 7. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage and/or driveway. Street parking is strictly forbidden. 8. No smoking is allowed indoors. If a guest smokes indoors the monetary penalty will depend on the severity of the incident. 9. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed. Please make sure all cigarette butts are thrown in the trash. 10. Drugs and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. 11. Garbage is only picked up on the days in certain days by the city, we’ll let you know the night before so you may leave the thrash out from 7 pm onwards so it can be picked up at 7 am of the next day. 12. House-trained pets are allowed with a $100 USD fee per pet which is added to the reservation’s nightly rate. The number of pets you bring with you must be previously discussed and authorized by us. 13. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Irving, offering a comfortable and convenient base for your stay.
