Bright attic apartment - 2-minute walk to the Main, central

Our attic apartment, furnished with a lot of love for detail, offers everything your heart desires. Right on the bike trail on the Main, equipped with two bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, balcony with table and chairs and a chic bathroom. In addition, the children's paradise in the garden can be used and families will find all the additional equipment you need on a trip with children. All shopping facilities are within walking distance. The space Our apartment, furnished with a lot of love for detail, offers everything your heart desires. Right on the bike trail on the Main, equipped with two bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, balcony with table and chairs and a chic bathroom. In the master bedroom, there is a double bed, in the children's bedroom a bunk bed, the single beds of which can be placed side by side, on top of each other or individually. We have two children and therefore welcome families very warmly. Our garden with trampoline, sandbox, swing, toddler slide, playhouse, mud kitchen and climbing frame may be used. There are toys in the apartment, which are gladly supplemented depending on the age group - so you don't need to pack much! In addition, high chairs, a baby bath, a seesaw, a baby travel cot, a fall-out protection and much more are available for you on request. Since we travel a lot with our children ourselves, we know how quickly the car will otherwise be full;) Shopping facilities (drugstore, supermarkets, bakery, drink market) can be reached within a five-minute walk. You can also walk to the beautiful old town of Marktheidenfeld in a few minutes. The basic price for two people is €75/night, for each additional person we charge 15€ per night. Plus final cleaning of €40 (is due once, regardless of the length of stay). For babies and toddlers, you do not have to pay extra:) However, please specify all people (possibly with the age of the children) for the planning and consultation with the request. Guest access Free parking right outside the door or on the street. The apartment is located on the second floor and is therefore unfortunately not barrier-free. Other things to note Optionally, for €40 per night, another large living/sleeping area with separate bathroom (directly connected to the apartment) can be booked (see photos 20+21). This makes it possible to comfortably accommodate at least two additional people. You are welcome to request it :)
