In fact, our block alone has a taqueria (Tacos Tacos Tacos), a Third Wave coffee shop (Duluth Coffee Company), and a Belgian microbrewery! (Blacklist) And Duluth’s third cool neighborhood, Lincoln Park, is a five minute drive away. The condo itself is modern (built in 2021), luxurious, and ADA compliant with elevator access. PARKING We provide two FREE parking passes for the parking lot next to our building at 119 E Michigan St - this is the lot preferred by condo guests and bakery staff alike. Additional cars may pay to park in this lot. Other parking is available in the covered HART District ramp just across the street (115 East Superior Street). Parking at metered parking on streets and avenues in Duluth is FREE on weekends and evening after 5:30pm (after 9pm on Superior St) Metered parking has a 2 hour limit. Overnight parking on Superior Street from 2am-6am is not allowed. Other things to note The Aurora House (FL 2) condo, and the top floor Borealis House (FL 3) condo, are named after the Aurora Borealis, more commonly known as the Northern Lights.
