Charming cottage in a renovated old house, ideally located in the heart of Azay-le-Rideau, close to the castle, church, shops and restaurants. Large south-facing terrace, enclosed garden overlooking the Indre. In the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire, the Gîte de l'Abreuvoir is a haven of peace combining comfort, authenticity and art of living. The space The Abreuvoir gîte is located in a 19th century bourgeois property in the center of Azay-Le-Rideau. It is completely separate from the rest of the property with its enclosed garden of 600 m², its own independent access and its private parking. The Indre borders the garden and offers walks on foot or by bike, fishing and canoeing. The house is organized on two levels with coated walls and exposed beams. On the ground floor, it has a large, very bright living room with open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with separate toilet. The upper floor has a master suite consisting of two adjoining bedrooms, a fourth bedroom and a bathroom with separate toilet. Three bedrooms are composed of 2 80 x 200 beds that can be joined, the large bedroom of the master suite has 2 90 x 200 beds, which can be joined: the bedding is new. At guests' disposal: garden furniture and barbecue. Guest access The gîte has its own independent access with private parking for 2 cars. Other things to note - Sheets are provided and beds made upon arrival.
