The living room features plenty of seating with comfy new couches that also allows for an additional place for a guest to sleep. You're welcome to download any other channels and use your own logins to watch whatever you like as well as use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay and the laundry area is located just off the kitchen. Near the kitchen is a workspace for any business needs while traveling. The dining area has an 8-foot table with enough seating for guests and friends to stop by. The bathrooms are clean updated and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. The hair dryer is mounted on the wall and other miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms. The backyard is large fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. Parking in the front has plenty of space for 2-3 vehicles and the garage is accessible if needed. The house is close to Loop 289, Quaker Avenue, and the interstate, making it a very convenient location for getting around the city. Other than Uber, Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle.
