Outside, you'll find a large spacious 470 sq ft partially covered deck with outdoor furniture and stunning views of Fontana Lake and the GSMNP. This tiny house is perched on a 2200 ft elevation ridge with breathtaking views of Fontana Lake and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It’s only 400 sq ft inside but perfect for 2 people. The living room has cathedral ceilings with a ceiling fan. The chef’s kitchen has been provided with everything you need, including a full size of oven, to make gourmet meals at home. There’s a bathtub/shower, a pantry closet, full size washer/dryer, and refrigerator. The bedroom houses a luxury queen bed and a wardrobe for clothes. There’s even a 4 ft high 12x18 loft upstairs surrounded by windows. The best part is that each room has windows to the one of a kind views. This home also has a 470 sq ft partially covered deck, picnic table, and deck furniture. It’s immersed in nature, so prepare to hear birdsong all around you. To really enjoy the outdoors, we’ve provided a fire pit with starter firewood, and a charcoal grill for evening meals under the stars. There are 2 other vacation rentals further up the ridge about 75 ft away, separated by a 12 ft high row of Arborvitae trees for privacy between the homes. This tiny house is surrounded by 600 acres of Nantahala National Forest and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park on the 3 other sides. This home is only 12 minutes to downtown Bryson City and shopping. Although the roads to this home are mountainous and curvy, there are no steep inclines, and 4WD is not necessary. There are 2 free parking spaces in front of this home. We have creeks for tubing, trails for hiking, horseback riding, and beautiful waterfalls. We’re home to the Cherokee Indian Reservation and the North Carolina half of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. ..and we’re close — just an hour west of Asheville NC and three hours north of Atlanta GA.
