Lovely Farmhouse designed 2 bedroom 1 bath upper apartment located in downtown Historic Sheboygan Falls Wisconsin. New for 2024 a remodeled outdoor space for entertaining. An extra room with a sleeper sofa and an entertainment room to watch your favorite movies or TV shows on a 83" TV and powerful surround sound. It's located within a short distance of Kohler Wisconsin and some amazing venues like Road America, award winning golf courses or 5 star restaurants. The space The building was built in the late 1800's and even has the old fieldstone basement. Down stairs is a cute store called Momma Bear and Company. The Farmhouse Designed Airbnb is above the store. We recently renovated the apartment with shiplap walls and even barn wood ceilings. Each light fixture was changed out to match the designed theme. We put thought into each bedroom to make your stay the most comfortable we could. We researched what the most comfortable mattress and bedding was available Each nightstand has a wireless charging station so no need to worry about power cords. The charging station has regular outlets and USB plug as well. Be aware the beds are taller or off the ground from a average size bed due to the tall mattresses. The entertainment room has a powerful 9.1 JBL surround sound system which is 100% wireless giving a clean install. We encourage our guests to connect their mobile apps or mirror image their phone to the large 82" TV to watch their favorite moves or tV shows. The bathroom has all the amenities of home. We have a hair dryer and flat iron for your convenience. The kitchen has a open concept with floating shelves. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can bake, cook or just enjoy company in the apartment. The kitchen has stainless appliance including a dishwasher, full sized fridge and stove/oven. New for 2024 we have an outdoor space for entertaining. There is a grill, lounge seating and dinning area. The outdoor space has a gas fireplace and outdoor lighting for those cozy nights. We know you may have a long trip so their is a laundry room in the unit with a large front load washer and dryer. We know your will feel comfortable and safe during your stay at the Crafty American Lodging House. Guest access Almost everything in the area is within walking distance. We have umbrellas available to use during your stay. There are Cafe's, bars and restaurants within feet of the apartment. A YMCA and park with fishing pond is only 2 blocks away. The apartment is only a few miles from Kohler, Wisconsin where you can find aware winning golf courses, restaurants and shops. We recommend the following places for some amazing places to eat and for entertainment. The Blind Horse: A winery with a outdoor patio just on the out skirt of Kohler, Wisconsin. The patio has live music, great food and drinks. There is a wine tasting room and a indoor restaurant. 3 Sheeps Brewery: The brewery is in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. It has a large tap room so there is plenty of space to have some drinks and play some games. Horse and Plow: The Horse and Plow is in the basement of the American Club in Kohler, Wisconsin. The atmosphere is unique and one of our favorite places to go to for good food and drinks. Road America: Road American is in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. See some fast cars on one of the most unique race tracks on the racing circuit. Beaches: Sheboygan Wisconsin has some of the most pristine beaches where the sand is clean and smooth. You definitely will cool off in the cold waters of the Great Lakes. Golf Courses: There are a ton of golf courses in the area with almost any price range you can think of. Sheboygan County has a ton of unique things to go to throughout the week during the summer (Food Truck Nights, Craft Shows, Farmer Market, Music Festivals, Museums/Art Galleries etc). Other things to note There is off street parking with your rental. Please take your time backing out of the driveway. Due to our conditional use permit only 1 vehicle is allowed to park on property however if additional parking is needed please contact the City of Sheboygan Falls for a FREE parking permit. The unit is on the 2nd store of the building so there are stairs to go up before entering.
