This is a lock off studio with kitchenette and independent entrance allowing this unit to be used as a 3, 2 or 1 bedroom vacation rental. Guest access Guests will have full access of the beach, swimming pool, and terrace. Other things to note Maid service is provided. Parking, beach towels, and purified water are provided. *Please be advised that while Nikte Ha Condominiums do have an elevator, the service is inconsistent and in no way guaranteed.
