This 1 bedroom, ski in/ski out condo is located behind Plumpjacks and has great views of KT and Washeshu Creek. Enjoy convenience and modern comforts staying at Palisades Tahoe this winter! This completely remodeled top-floor, corner 1 bedroom, 1 bath Shirley Canyon unit has great views of KT22 and Washeshu Creek. There is also a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa for the kids or extra guests in the group. There are exceptional finishes throughout; including wood floors, granite countertops, wine fridge, pantry, alder cabinets, doors and trim, built-in desk, window seat and radiant-heated floors in the bathroom. 2 ski or sports lockers on-site add to the condo's convenience. This quiet unit provides easy access to the lifts, only 600 feet away!! This property is close to The Village at Olympic Valley where there are a lot of different shops, restaurants, coffee shop, and other weekly activities. You can walk out to the door to the Shirley Canyon trailhead and go for a hike and see the waterfall in the Summer months, or snowshoe in the Winter months. One parking pass is available per unit, there is no extra overnight parking available During storm cycles, this lot is plowed at 6:45-7 am. HOA policy is that you must temporarily move your car before the plow arrives to clear the parking lot of snow. One parking pass is available for the communal lot.
