Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The space This is a semi-detached villa with 3 floors. A big Garage suitable for 2 cars at the basement. The 1st floor is fitted with the fully equipped Kitchen having all the utilities required. The living area comes with sofa, LCD TV and L-shape pool. The second floor has 2 bedrooms (with Double bed) with en suite bathroom and a bathtub in the master bedroom with all the necessary amenities.The Spacious Rooftop has a private Jacuzzi for 6 people. Guest access 2 bedroom pool villa with Jacuzzi. Other things to note Price Included Cable TV, Internet, Night Security, Garage, Private pool, Private Jacuzzi, Hot water, Air-conditioner, Safety box, Kitchen equipment Service - Laundry Service, Taxi Service, Motorbike/car rentals, Tour &Trips - Private in house catering (upon request) Electricity and water - Electricity and Water are included in Daily price. Cleaning and linen change - Price included daily cleaning. - Towels will be changed every day, except linens. - Linens will be changed every 3 days. Child and extra bed policy - One villa is priced for 4 persons. Extra person will be charged 2,500 THB/person/night. Maximum 2 extra persons allowed. - Extra bed may come in the form of sofa bed or mattress. This is subject to availability. - Child under 12 years old sharing existing bed with parents is free of charge. Maximum 2 extra children per villa allowed. - Child 12 years old and over will be considered as adult and extra person fee will be charged. We have 6 identical villas on the estate, same design and amenities, photos may vary slightly in terms of decoration. Security Deposit Security deposit cash of 20,000 baht per villa is required upon arrival for incidentals causing damage within the property. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the security deposit must be paid upon arrival. In case, this amount has not been settled. Guest will be denied entry into the villa.
