This three-bedroom Anaheim condo is designed around exactly that pace: enough space to spread out, a kitchen built for real use, and a pool and hot tub waiting the moment you're back from the gates.   Living space The main living area is easy to settle into from the first afternoon. Central air conditioning and heating keep things comfortable regardless of the season, so Southern California's swings in temperature stay entirely outside. A private entrance with self check-in via smart lock means no waiting around on arrival - you come and go on your own schedule, entirely independent of anyone else's timing.   Sleeping arrangements Three bedrooms with five beds accommodate up to nine guests. The Disney-themed bunk room is the kind of detail that becomes a highlight of the trip for younger travelers - a dedicated space that feels like part of the adventure rather than just somewhere to sleep. The primary bedroom gives adults a quieter place to decompress. Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and hangers are all provided. The in-unit washer and dryer - both free to use - mean you can pack lighter than usual and stay as long as you like without running short on clean clothes.   Kitchen & dining The full kitchen is equipped for actual cooking: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine glasses, and a complete set of dishes and silverware. Whether the plan is a quick breakfast before the gates open or a full dinner in when everyone's had enough for one day, the dining table brings the whole group together with room to spare.   Bathrooms The 1.5 bathrooms are stocked with the basics - hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and reliable hot water - so back-to-back morning routines with a full house stay manageable.   Outdoor living & shared amenities The furnished patio or balcony comes with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill, giving you a simple option for a meal outside without leaving the property. On-site, the shared pool and shared hot tub are available when you need them most - after a day on your feet, there's little better. Two free parking spaces on premises are included, which takes one more logistical variable entirely off the table.   Family extras A Pack 'n play/Travel crib and high chair are ready for families with little ones. Beach essentials are also available for days that take you somewhere beyond the parks.   Safety & connectivity Exterior security cameras, a smoke alarm, a carbon monoxide alarm, and a fire extinguisher are all in place. Wi-Fi and a TV keep everyone connected and entertained on slower evenings in. Maximum occupancy: 9 guests (including infants), 6 adults max. Minimum stay: 3 nights. Guest access We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2-day gaps in our calendar. Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 2 vehicles MAX. 1 private single detached garage (will fit a minivan) and 1 assigned parking space ONLY. No outside parking available within the HOA. Passenger Vans, RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation. Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee. Max occupancy is 9 guests total including infants (6 adults max). There is a 3-night minimum stay. We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property.
