You can unwind on the terrace furnished with outdoor seating and a barbecue, perfect for cozy evenings. The garden is fenced, providing you with privacy and security. An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off sand or chlorine after a day in the pool. Living areas : Shared areas include a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a modern flat-screen TV. A well-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances allows for the preparation of delicious meals, with a dining area set for large family gatherings. Activities include a foosball table, ping-pong table, and punching-ball for fun and entertainment. Parties are permitted, provided that neighbours are respected, especially after 10 PM. - The owner’s son lives on-site in a private, fully equipped apartment on the top floor.
