The apartment is in one of the best areas of the historic center, between Metropol Parasol (the Setas) and the streets of Sierpes and Cuna. Everything essential is within walking distance: squares, churches, shops, and the main landmarks. La Campana, Sierpes, and Tetuán are less than 1 minute away; and in just a few minutes you can reach the Cathedral and the Giralda, the Santa Cruz quarter, or Plaza de España. It’s an ideal location to visit Seville year-round and especially during Holy Week and the April Fair, thanks to its proximity to the routes and festival venues. The apartment has access to a terrace/rooftop with views of the Giralda—the perfect spot to watch the sunset with a drink or enjoy an alfresco dinner by moonlight. From the apartment it’s easy to reach the Guadalquivir River, Triana, Isla Mágica, and the Plaza de Armas bus station. A 5-minute walk away is the Alameda, a more alternative area with a great atmosphere and inclusive venues. Although it’s right in the center, the area is very quiet, so you’re sure to enjoy a relaxing stay. On Sundays you can visit the painters’ market in Plaza del Museo, where local artists exhibit and sell their work. Many of Seville’s best tapas spots are in this neighborhood. We can recommend Blanco Cerrillo near Sierpes, Las Columnitas by the Cathedral, and—if you’re after a youthful vibe and tapas in the sun—you’ll find it just a short walk away in Plaza del Salvador. Just a few meters from the apartment you’ll find all kinds of local shops—greengrocer, bakery—as well as supermarkets. Taxi: nearest stand at Plaza del Duque, 2 minutes on foot.
