The house is 100 meters from the train station and close to bakeries, tobacco, convenience store, pharmacy, restaurants (Alsatian, tarte flambée). The space You will have access to the entire cottage, completely renovated in September 2021. We can accommodate 10 people comfortably as there are 8 single beds and 1 double bed. You will therefore enjoy in peace, privacy and autonomy of the entire villa with all comforts and its amenities. Late check out available on Sundays. The fully equipped kitchen includes: • a wide induction plate, • Large fridge with freezer • a microwave oven, • oven, • a range hood, • a dishwasher, • All the necessary dishes for 12 people (glasses, plates, pots, ...) • a toaster • 2 raclette machines, 1 fondue and a pierrade, • a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine, • a water boiler room. The villa also offers: • washer dryer • Whirlpool tub • 2 Hairdryers • a second fridge THE RENTAL INCLUDES: * bed linens * bath mat and soap * Cleaning upon check-in and check-out * no additional fees on arrival, turnkey vacation in hand NAMELY: * Baby bed and baby chair available if needed (please ask us in advance) * Bath and pool towels are not included in the rental (rental possible on request) * The pool is open and heated from the end of April to mid-October depending on weather conditions upon prior request to the owner * A deposit of €850 is retained by the site in case of breakage and non-compliance with the rental conditions * House suitable for stays respectful of the neighborhood (we do not accept EVJG/EVJF and any event that may cause disturbances ) * Pets not allowed * No smoking house, only outdoors and do not throw butts in nature * Check in after 4pm and check out before 10am. Upon prior request outside of these hours. Guest access Located less than 40 minutes from Strasbourg by car and 25 minutes by train, you can enjoy Alsace, its gastronomy and its Christmas markets. The house is located just a 2-minute walk from the Dettwiller regional TER train station. Strasbourg Saverne line. Very convenient with trains every 30 minutes during peak hours. Saverne is 8 km away. You can easily visit Strasbourg and its cathedral, European Parliament and all its cultural monuments. Ideal location to enjoy local attractions: mountain biking and hiking in the Northern Vosges Park, Saint Louis inclined plane, Royal Palace in Kirrwiller, starred restaurant Villa Renée Lalique, Europa-Park etc. Other things to note Eve and Sébastien will be at your disposal to meet all your expectations for a memorable stay in Alsace!
