There is an outdoor hot tub, communal BBQ and fire pit area, and fitness center. Other things to note ~Quiet time is 10 pm - 8am. Please be respectful of your neighbor's and our home! ~This is a non-smoking unit. Please no smoking or vaping (tobacco or cannabis) in the unit or anywhere near the common areas (hot tub, firepits, etc.) Damage deposit will be forfeited. ~This is a pet friendly unit! Please keep pets off all furniture. Dogs must be crated if being left alone for a reasonable amount of time. Please don't leave your dog alone all day as barking may disturb the other guests. Check the binder in the condo on places you can keep your dogs during the day (must be up to date on all vaccinations in order to board them at facilities in town). ~Check in after 4:00 pm and checkout is before 11:00 am.
